WHAT YOU GET...

1) Duplication onto high quality branded "A" Graded Recordable discs.

2) One in every 7 discs are checked to ensure perfect playback

3) Every disc is checked to ensure spotless recording side & print clarity at the following stages: a) prior to duplication, b) after duplication, c) prior to packaging and d) randomly after packaging.

4) Any disc reported to be faulty will be replaced. We will require faulty discs to be returned to us for investigation. Should the disc be faulty (but not damaged/scratched) the replacements will be sent to you or directly to your customer(s) free of charge. The replacement policy applies for a period of 8 weeks after the initial delivery

5) Optional Lacquering (UV Varnish) service provides a professional shiny finish to your CDs & DVDs and prevents ink smudging.

Delivery
Packaging & Delivery by Courier Next Day service for under 500 discs will be £10.00+VAT and higher quantities are charged at £12.50 + VAT per 1000 (or up to).

THE PROCESS...
1 - As soon as your parcel arrives and gets checked-in, we acknowledge receipt of your source material by email or telephone 2 - Your duplication is planned and scheduled to complete within 5 to 10 working days or less. Should the processing require longer time we will inform you by email or telephone 3 - Every duplication job goes through over 20 Processing & QA Stages to ensure highest possible quality and total safety of your material. 4 - We return your duplicated CDs/DVDs first as part of our Risk Free Delivery Service 5 - Once you confirm receipt & satisfaction we then return your source material 6 - We are always here to answer any questions regarding your conversion or other matters. HOW TO PAY...
By Cheque or Postal Order with your order... If the total amount of the order is known please send cheque or postal orders with your order (made payable to "EverMedia Ltd") By Cheque or Postal Order after sending your order... If you are not sure of the total order amount simply send in your order without payment and we will inform you of the options and the costs. You can then send us your payment by cheque or postal order (made payable to "EverMedia Ltd") By Wire Transfer / Online Banking... If you wish to pay for your conversions using your online banking facilities please contact us for account information. By Credit Card Online... If you wish to pay by Credit Card online then please let us know and we will issue you with a PayPal invoice. PayPal is a secure online credit card payment service (see www.PayPal.com). Please be aware that there is a 4% surcharge for PayPal transactions. This payment service is recommended for payments from outside of UK. By Credit/Debit Card by Phone... We can take your payment by Credit or Debit Card by phone. There is no surcharge for UK based customers but a 4% surcharge is added for overseas customers. Top
