In 2002 we introduced our Risk Free Delivery Service for maximum safety of your valuable video tapes and other material during the return process.

This involves returning your conversions and source material in two separate consignments. First we send your Conversions and once you have confirmed receipt we then dispatch your Source material.

This ensures that at least one good copy of your precious videos is safe in one location and should reduce any anxieties you may have regarding the risk of loss during the actual delivery process.

Price including packaging, double delivery Postage, Administration & VAT:

> 1 tape & 2 DVDs (£5.00)
> 2 tapes & up to 4 DVDs (£6.00)
> 3 tapes and up to 6 DVDs (£7.00)
> 4 tapes & up to 8 DVDs (£8.00)
> 5 tapes & up to 10 DVDs (£9.00)
> 6 tapes & up to 12 DVDs (£10.00)
> 7 tapes & up to 14 DVDs (£11.00)
> 8 tapes & up to 16 DVDs (£12.00)
> 9 or more Tapes and any number of DVDs (from £15.00)

Risk Free Delivery with Special Delivery (guaranteed next day) of Conversions
If you have an urgent need for your Conversions we recommend this service whereby your Conversions are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery and your source material is later sent by Recorded Delivery. If you require this please add £3.75 to above prices.

Risk Free Collection & Delivery Service
This provides you with ultimate convenience. We arrange for your Source material to be collected (Mon-Fri) by Courier Service (Initial City Link) and will delivery your conversions and source material by our Risk Free Delivery service using Recorded Delivery or Courier Next Day services. If you require this service please add £13.50 to the above prices.

Single Delivery by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
If you prefer delivery of your source and conversions in one shipment by Recorded Mail please deduct £2.00 from above prices. Please note that we do not recommend single delivery of both source and the conversions (see Risk Free Delivery Service above).

Single Delivery by Special Delivery
If you prefer delivery of your source and conversions in one shipment by Special Delivery please add £1.75 to above prices

Single Delivery by Courier Next Day
If you prefer delivery of your source material & conversions in one shipment by Special Delivery please add £3.00 to above prices

Delivery Options for Rest of Europe
We recommend you use our Risk Free Delivery Service bearing in mind that the deliveries will be made using standard Airmail. Please add £2.00 to the above prices.

Delivery Options for USA/Canada & Rest of the World

Although most forms of delivery offer an insurance cover, you should be aware that all the deliverers that we have spoken with including Royal Mail and Initial City Link only cover the cost of the blank source material replacement, in the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit.
