AVI Files are extremely large and every 15 minutes of your footage will occupy around 4GB of space!

Prices below are based on a "per-tape" basis. If you would like to combine clips from multiple tapes or to edit existing footage prior to production of your AVI files please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you have more than 10 hours of footage to be converted to AVI we recommend transferring the AVI files onto an external hard drive. For example if you have 10 hours of footage to be transferred to AVI you would require a drive with around 160GB storage. You can supply your own external drive or we can source it on your behalf at Cost + £15.00 setup/formatting and handling. The cost of conversion to AVI files, supplied on external hard drive(s) is based on £25.00 per hour of footage.

Delivery

1 - As soon as your parcel arrives and gets checked-in, we acknowledge receipt of your source material by email or telephone 2 - Your conversion is planned and scheduled to complete within 5 to 10 working days (subject to order size and seasonal trends). Should the processing require longer time we will inform you by email or telephone 3 - Every conversion goes through over 25 Processing & QA Stages to ensure highest possible quality and total safety of your material. 4 - We return your conversions first as part of our Risk Free Delivery Service 5 - Once you confirm receipt & satisfaction we then return your source material 6 - We are always here to answer any questions regarding your conversion or other matters. HOW TO PAY...
By Cheque or Postal Order with your order... If the total amount of the order is known please send cheque or postal orders with your order (made payable to "EverMedia Ltd") By Cheque or Postal Order after sending your order... If you are not sure of the total order amount simply send in your order without payment and we will inform you of the options and the costs.
