service transfers each tape onto a separate DVD. Each DVD will
hold up to 2 hours of footage. If your tape has more than 2
hours of footage the content will be spread over 2 DVDs or more
at £5.50 per additional DVD produced.

MANY-TO-ONE Service
Combine multiple tapes on one DVD
You
can use this service to reduce the number of DVDs from multiple
tapes. In order to retain best quality we recommend a maximum
of 2 hours per DVD. So if you have 4 x 30min tapes all of these
can reside on one DVD and we will provide you with a front menu
to enable you to play all or individual tapes.
If you are not sure how long footage you have on each tape or
are not sure about the content then no problem! This service
includes a Tape Study... We digitise all your tapes and report
back the length of actual footage on each along with short description
of the general content (e.g. Christmas Day, Holiday etc). We
then email you a suggested DVD arrangement for your approval
prior to DVD production.

- As soon as your parcel arrives and gets checked-in, we acknowledge
receipt of your source material by email or telephone.
2 - Your conversion is planned and scheduled to complete within
10 working days or less. Should the processing require additional
time we will inform you by email or telephone.
3 - Every conversion goes through at least 20 Processing &
QA Stages to ensure the highest possible quality and total safety
of your material.
4 - We first return your conversions as part of our Risk Free
Delivery Service
5 - Once you confirm receipt & satisfaction of the conversion(s)
supplied we then return your source material. If we do not here
from you within 28 days of the conversion dispatch date, source
material will be returned automatically.
6 - We are always here to answer any questions regarding your
conversion or other matters. We like to hear from you so please
do not hesitate to contact us.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch of your
conversions. On completion of your order we will email you an invoice and you can pay by:

If you are not sure of the total order amount simply send in
your order without payment and we will inform you of the options
