- As soon as your parcel arrives and gets checked-in, we acknowledge
receipt of your source material by email or telephone.
2 - Your conversion is planned and scheduled to complete within
10 working days or less. Should the processing require additional
time we will inform you by email or telephone.
3 - Every conversion goes through at least 20 Processing &
QA Stages to ensure the highest possible quality and total safety
of your material.
4 - We first return your conversions as part of our Risk Free
Delivery Service
5 - Once you confirm receipt & satisfaction of the conversion(s)
supplied we then return your source material. If we do not here
from you within 28 days of the conversion dispatch date, source
material will be returned automatically.
6 - We are always here to answer any questions regarding your
conversion or other matters. We like to hear from you so please
do not hesitate to contact us.

Full payment is required prior to dispatch of your
conversions. On completion of your order we will email you an invoice and you can pay by:

If the total amount of the order is known please send cheque

If you are not sure of the total order amount simply send in
your order without payment and we will inform you of the options

If you wish to pay be Credit Card online then please let us

aware that there is a 4% surcharge for all PayPal transactions.
